We are a full service primary care clinic in Baton Rouge, LA. to individuals of all ages. We serve and focus on children, adolescents, adult and gerontological health needs.

In addition to the clinic, we provide primary care services to  home-bound clients that are either mobility or judgement impaired with convenient, high quality medical care in the comfort, privacy and safety of their own homes. We hope that in doing so we can keep their dignity intact.

Our office is located in the heart of Baton Rouge. We are convenient to the surrounding parishes due to quick interstate access.
